Visual concept and design for a musician’s YouTube presence. The project focused on developing a simple yet recognizable 2D character and cohesive channel artwork combining illustration, typography, and layout consistency.

Introduction

This project was created for a friend and musician under the name Noted, who wanted to share his music on YouTube. The goal was to develop a 2D visual identity that reflects his lighthearted, cartoon-inspired style while remaining clean and minimal. The process included creating several characters concepts, experimenting with logo and name design, and producing final assets such as banners, profile pictures, and video templates for consistent channel branding.

3D Portrait Extension

To expand the visual style of the Noted identity, a stylized 3D portrait was created.
The goal was not to redesign the 2D mascot, but to add a more expressive, atmospheric visual that could be used as a profile image or as an artistic extension of the brand. The character was built using a minimal workflow combining DAZ3D, Marvelous Designer, Cinema 4D and Octane Render.
